Refund Policy
1. Change Your Mind
If you have simply changed your mind, we do not provid re-funds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances.
However, you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Please contact us first and we will try our best
to satisfy your needs. Further, the hair you ordered must be:
a. In saleable condition.
b. Unused with all original packing.
c. The exchange or refund is thought within 7 days of purchase.
The return shipping fee is afforded by you and we just refund the hair cost without shipping cost when we receive your returned hair.
2. Faulty Products
If the hair you received is faulty, please contact us within 7 days and the reason for return. We will then advise you regarding the return process.
a. Refunds will not be issued if your item is in transit.
b. After we confirmed your desire to return the hair. Please re-pack the hair in original packaging.
c. Post your hair to a given address and follow the suggestions.
d. As soon as we have your return, we will check the hair quality again and issue the refund of hair.
e.We don't accept refund if the hair is customized before shipping.
